As for the program/website for animating: I heard there is a site called "iaza" (or something like that) where you can animate your icons. I never tried it so I don't know if it's good. But I can recommend you a free software called gimp [link] c: It's a drawing software but you can also do animations with it ^-^

Mmmm reasonabale prices 20 points for non animated 30 points for animated and i mean anyother commision (not including icons) 60 + points i think that's reasonable but it's your choice and time so you know
